Savanna Oaks Community Center is a registered non-profit 501(c)(3)
#80-0089170. Savanna Oaks was formed in 2004 with the vision that this very visible site serve as a "sign post" for the Community of Fall River.
The Board of Directors feel that preserving this building and picturesque land as a worthy goal for a Community Center for a meeting/conference place, outdoor concerts, trails in the oak savanna
and tours of the sorghum harvest. (A lost art, using old fashioned equipment and harvesting.) The large deck gives a very gracious view of the landscape and all its wildlife. Walk
across the newly constructed footbridge for a photo opportunity under the pergola. The majestic oaks and wildlife of this 17 acre gem, make this an excellent spot to relax,
walk the nature trails or enjoy during the summer months. The large beautifully renovated banquet room which can seat 225 is bright and airy with large windows to the front and a view
through to the deck. Our state of the art commercial kitchen allows us to provide in-house catering for your next banquet or party at the Oaks. All our funds are raised
through fundraisers, donations and much hard work from Board Members and Volunteers. We adhere to the belief that Volunteer and Student involvement results in retention, improved
performance and leadership into our communities and affects positive change. Volunteers are always needed and always welcome.
